Service Description

My yoga classes are for all abilities and levels. We explore ourselves through movement, breath and stillness in a vinyasa flow and hatha based postures. "If we don't use it, we loose it" You are welcome to bring your kids along, as I want yoga to be available to everyone and I will incorporate them into the class if they are up for it.
