Service Description
Body work is a remedial massage which aligns your physical body, helps any injuries and discomfort in your physical body. With the benefit of all of the other techniques I've learnt along the way. This booking is for 1.5 hours so we can listen to the body and ask what you need. We may use Keinsiology, energy healing, aromatherapy, movement or sound therapy to assist you to become the best version of yourself.
