About the event
This Sound healing event is designed to take you away from your daily stress, and send you into a deep rest, help you feel invigorated and ready for the world!
In this Sound healing, we will begin with some journaling, and setting intentions for your healing that You wish to occure. A warm cup of cocoa will assist you in your search for self-love within this process.
The sound will begin as you melt your body into your mat, allowing the vibrations of the sounds to move through your body. Healing will begin during the sound scape as you fall into deep meditation.
Please bring:
Yoga mat, or something to lie on that is comfortable for you.
Water bottle.
