Sound Healing teacher training

This course will  help you refresh your modality, or create a whole new experience for your clients.

Learn how to add Sound to your existing modality, become a sound healer, give vibrational sound massage and hold Meditations with sound.

This learning provides the history and science of the Sound healing process, with the foundations to build upon your own musical experience, or learn how to play new instruments with hands on learning/playing.

Learn the foundations on how to hold ceremony and space for individuals and groups, in an authentic way. The foundations to consider when building a sound healing group or session.

Foucusing on your individual gifts and personal development as a cornerstone of making you an incredible healer

We will learn to play, and bring them together to create a Healing

• Crystal singing Bowls
• Percussion & drums
• Tibetan / Himalayan singing bowls
• Gongs
• Chakra Drums
• Your Voice

This course is 30 hrs in total, with 8 hours in person (over the weekend mentioned), zoom catch up and at home practice and journal entry.

Upon completion you will receive certification, which will allow you to perform sound meditations and healings.

About your Teacher:

Lena is a master healer, and Sound healing found her!

She had an injury when she was 12yo, and it flipped her dreams of dancing and performing but allowed her to go internal and learn about herself and what her body was trying to teach her. The age of 15 she was learning meditation to control her bodies pain, and loved the feeling of bliss that came with a clear mind.

At 17 she studied Reiki, a found the passion of working/healing others. But one day she was working on a lady who was lying crooked on the table. The reiki energy wasn't creating a big enough impact... Which led her down the road to study Remedial massage, and boy was that a big influence on how her healing grew, and how Lena's body changed. Her back pain was healed, and understanding the anatomy gave Lena a deeper appreciation of how incredible the human body is!

Mixed with the energy work and additional studies of Keinesiology, flower essences, essential oils, nutrition and many influential mentors, her knowledge expanded, and continues too.

Lena then took a pause whilst creating 3 beautiful babies, which was the biggest challenge of all! The meditation was a gift she didn't know she needed until then! During those mothering years, she studied the 350hr yoga teacher training, and loved trauma informed yoga therapy, to implement the stretching and strength to her massage practice. Then completed 200hrs Yin yoga training.

Durning this time in 2018, Lena was asked to cover a meditation with some crystal singing bowls. It was a divine experience for her being the facilitator and the feedback of the participants was equally incredible, so she began to research and discover this new modality for herself, as it wasn't popular in that time. 

She found that Sound meditation was the most received of all of the modalities, reaching students from all walks of life.

Lena has performed 100's of hours of group Sound meditations for over a 1000 participants in events, yoga studios, with yoga classes, for private groups and retreats, for individuals in healings and in Massages, giving her first hand experience in help you to find your 'inner healer' which is as individual as your are, while also supporting you through the mental parts of holding groups.
