Nourish your Soul, is for anyone reaching out for a loving and calming space to give back to your soul, to nourish you deeply from within.
After each month, you will feel alive, awakened and hopefully nourished right up to our next event at the start of each month.
We know how demanding life is, how much life and people expect of us. My wish is for you to leave this event for filled with enough energy to step back into life with deep awareness of yourself and your boundaries.
